In some scenarios, TILT will require you to return an item before issuing your refund.
- Returns must be shipped within seven days of approval of your refund requests.
- Items must be returned in original packaging inside a protective box. Attach the return label on the outside of the package and a signed copy of the return note inside the package. Please do not attach any extra labels to the packaging. Take in count that the return label is responsibility of the buyer.
- Failure to return ship within seven days, package correctly, return in original condition or return the correct item will result in cancellation of your refund request.
- We will process refunds only after the item is received by the seller the returned item and confirms that its quality matches the condition it was in upon delivery. The seller will inspect the item upon its return
